As someone who struggled with weight for more years than I can count, I understand the frustration of feeling like you want to do something to improve your health but don't know what to do or how to start or even to stick with it. Once I was able to get control over my weight and health, I wanted to learn anything and everything about health, nutrition and exercise and help others that were like me to feel better about their health and weight.
I am a Certified Health Nutrition Coach and Personal Trainer but I focus on nutrition and accountability with my clients since those are key in weight loss, weight maintenance and even muscle gaining.
